Working with agents, homeowners, and developers to sell homes, SET takes a personal, hands-on approach to each staging project. Our team has years of experience bringing out the best in every space and creating a visual story that appeals to potential buyers. We provide an initial assessment, pre-sale improvement recommendations (color, lighting, fit + finish), and design-driven staging.

Home Styling
SET offers a styling consultation for sellers planning to live in the home while it’s on the market. Although we don’t provide the staging or furnishings, we give the homeowner guidance with editing and placement of existing furniture and accessories. Styling can create a fresh, cohesive, welcoming, feel and highlight the home’s best features.

- Walkthrough with Recommendations (30 minutes – 1-hour) = $300+
Color Consultation
Selecting paint for your home can be challenging, so SET offers on-site color consultations and recommendations. Whether it’s to refresh the home or get it ready for market, we help choose the right color palette for your project.
PRICING:
- Interior OR Exterior (30 minutes – 1 hour) = $300
- Interior + Exterior (1 – 1.5 hours) = $550
*We recommend Benjamin Moore paint because of their high-quality products and extensive color palette.
Design Consultation
SET approaches design as “stage to stay” by assessing layout, suggesting purchases, fabric and accessories. We can help to style, augment, reimagine, update or refine your home.
PRICING:
- Consultation with Initial Recommendations (30 minutes – 1 hour) = $300+
Fit + Finish Consultation
SET will help homeowners and developers with pre-sale and/or remodeling projects by refining choices or defining a new look. We offer recommendations for materials, fixtures, and surfaces to update the home.
PRICING:
- On-site walkthrough with Recommendations (1 – 1.5 hours) = $1000+
